Refund Policy

“Eloria”, “we” and “us” mean Eloria Health LLC. This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and works together with our Cancellation Policy and our Shipping Policy.
You only pay if you are prescribed
At checkout your card is authorized, not charged. We charge it only after a licensed provider approves your treatment. If you are not prescribed, the authorization is released. If you were charged anyway, we refund 100%, with nothing deducted.
Before the pharmacy
You can cancel any order for a full refund until we send it to the pharmacy. For a prepaid plan whose first package has already been sent, the rules under “Prepaid plans” below apply.
After the pharmacy
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale. Orders already sent to the pharmacy or shipped are therefore not refundable, except in these cases:
• An item is wrong, damaged, or never arrives: we replace it or refund it.
• You believe there was an error in the filling of your prescription: contact us at support@joineloria.com. If the error is confirmed, we replace your medication or refund it.
• Billing errors are refunded in full (for example, a double charge, or a renewal charged after you cancelled on time under our Cancellation Policy).
Prepaid plans (3, 6 and 12 months)
The 3-month plan ships in one package. The 6-month plan ships in 2 packages, the 12-month plan in 4.
If you cancel and stop your treatment: we refund what you paid for the plan, minus the 3-month plan price for each package already sent to the pharmacy ($597 for semaglutide, $837 for tirzepatide). If nothing is left, there is no refund, and you never owe us more than you paid.
Examples, semaglutide: 6-month plan ($1,074), 1 package sent: $477 refunded. 12-month plan ($1,788): 1 package sent, $1,191 refunded; 2 packages sent, $594 refunded; 3 packages sent, no refund.
Examples, tirzepatide: 6-month plan ($1,554), 1 package sent: $717 refunded. 12-month plan ($2,748): 1 package sent, $1,911 refunded; 2 packages sent, $1,074 refunded; 3 packages sent, $237 refunded.
If you only want your plan not to renew, you keep receiving the packages you already paid for and nothing is deducted (see our Cancellation Policy).
If your provider stops or does not renew your treatment, or the pharmacy cannot fill it: we refund every package not yet sent, at the plan price divided by its number of packages, with no deduction. That is $537 (semaglutide) or $777 (tirzepatide) per package of a 6-month plan, and $447 (semaglutide) or $687 (tirzepatide) per package of a 12-month plan.
Renewals
If your provider does not approve a renewal, you are not charged for it, or we refund it in full.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@joineloria.com from the email address on your account, with your name and order number. Refunds go back to your original card within 5–10 business days.
