“Eloria”, “we” and “us” mean Eloria Health LLC. This Cancellation Policy is part of our Terms of Service and works together with our Refund Policy.
You can cancel anytime, without calling us or giving a reason. There is no cancellation fee. If you cancel a prepaid plan early, packages already sent are counted at the 3-month plan price, as described in our Refund Policy.
How to cancel
• By email: write to support@joineloria.com from your account email, subject “Cancel my plan”.
When to cancel
To stop your next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. If you are not sure of it, email us and we will tell you.
Before your provider’s review
If you change your mind after checkout but before a provider approves your treatment, email us. We cancel your request and you are not charged: the authorization on your card is released.
Monthly plans
No further charges. An order not yet sent to the pharmacy is cancelled and refunded. An order already sent still ships.
Prepaid plans (3, 6 and 12 months)
Your plan will not renew. If you want to keep receiving the packages you already paid for, tell us by email: they keep shipping and nothing is deducted. Otherwise, packages not yet sent are cancelled and refunded as described in our Refund Policy, within 5–10 business days of your cancellation.
If your provider stops your treatment
We cancel your plan for you. Packages not yet sent are refunded as described in our Refund Policy, with no deduction.
